Free Trial
CheckDMS offers a free trial period so you can evaluate the platform before committing to a paid plan. We encourage you to fully explore all features during the trial to ensure the platform meets your needs.
No credit card is required to start your free trial.
Subscription Plans
All our plans are billed on a monthly basis. Once a payment has been processed for a subscription period, it covers access to CheckDMS services for that entire billing month.
Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
- Significant technical issue caused by CheckDMS, unresolved within 72 hours of reporting
- Incorrect charge due to a billing error on our end
- Refund requested within 7 days of your first paid subscription charge
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Forgot to cancel subscription before renewal date
- Instagram account restricted or banned by Meta
- Service not used during the billing period
- Dissatisfaction with engagement, followers, or sales results
- Partial months — we do not offer pro-rated refunds

Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
You will continue to have access to paid features until your subscription period ends — no further charges will be made after cancellation.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days and returned to the original payment method. Razorpay processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
