CheckDMS is an automation platform that helps users manage and automate Instagram direct messages, comment replies, and related interactions using Meta’s official APIs. We do not own or control Instagram or Meta.

  • Have a valid Instagram account
  • Comply with Instagram / Meta Platform Policies

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of CheckDMS is legal in your jurisdiction.

We do not ask for or store your Instagram password.

CheckDMS uses Meta’s official APIs. Your use of Instagram features through our platform is subject to:

  • Instagram Terms of Use
  • Meta Platform Policies

We are not responsible for:

  • Instagram downtime or API limitations
  • Account restrictions imposed by Instagram
  • Changes made by Meta that affect functionality

6. Payments & Subscriptions

If you purchase a paid plan:

  • Fees are billed monthly or annually, as selected
  • All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with prior notice

Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of services.

7. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial at our discretion. Abuse of free trials or creation of multiple accounts to avoid payment is not allowed.

8. Data & Privacy

We do not sell your personal data.

9. Service Availability
