1. Subscription Payments

CheckDMS operates on a subscription model (monthly or yearly). All fees are charged in advance for the selected billing period.

2. No Refund Policy

All payments made to CheckDMS are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Subscription fees
  • Partial usage periods
  • Unused time after cancellation
  • Downgrades or plan changes

Once a payment is processed, it cannot be reversed.

3. Free Trial

If a free trial is offered:

  • Users are encouraged to fully test the platform before purchasing
  • No charges are applied during the trial period
  • Refunds are not issued for failure to cancel before the trial ends

4. Service Availability & Limitations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Downtime due to maintenance or technical updates
  • Limitations imposed by Instagram or Meta
  • Account restrictions or bans by third-party platforms
  • Changes to Meta or Instagram APIs

CheckDMS does not control third-party services.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

  • Cancellation stops future billing
  • You will continue to have access until the end of the current billing cycle
  • No refunds will be issued for remaining time

6. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases, CheckDMS may issue a refund at its sole discretion, such as:

  • Duplicate charges
  • Proven billing errors

All decisions are final.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:

  • Immediate account suspension
  • Permanent termination of services

Please contact our support team before raising any disputes.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective once posted on this page.
